When a person is unable to express something orally, then he adopts the medium of correspondence and presents his feelings to the other person in a proper way. Letter writing plays a very important role in our life. In the olden times, correspondence was the only means of conveying one's point of view from one person to another. Even today correspondence plays a major role in administrative and government offices. Nowadays, e-mail has taken the place of correspondence which is very fast. Handwriting should, in short, focus on the main point.
